In July 2020, our company, decided to go with Dialpad for it's telephony service to replace an old NEC system with AT&T. When we decided to make the transition, our Dialpad rep sent us to GTG and Mike Ferguson to purchase all of our phone equipment.
After we received the equipment, we had some issues that were unrelated to anything Mike had done. Mike was patient and worked with us even on a Sunday to get these phones swapped out with correct models that were more compatible. Mike walked me through every step of the way and was a huge help in making things go smoothly. Mike spent a great deal of time and energy, even coming to our office to collect equipment, in making this right for us.
My experience with Mike was 100% positive and I would use him again if we need any more equipment.
