GTG handles everything from talking with the client to providing equipment at a low cost to provisioning to providing the customer with free money in buying back their equipment. Incredible program and most importantly makes my customers real happy.

Our company got in touch with Mike Ferguson to get an inventory of new headsets and desk phones for our new phone system (Dialpad). He was able to find us enough quantity to satisfy our inventory needs during a major backorder period due to Coronavirus. Without his services we would have been really hurting for the hardware. Mike was able to close the gap between the Phone System Implementation and Headset Arrival thus getting us the Hardware exactly when we needed it.

In July 2020, our company, decided to go with Dialpad for it's telephony service to replace an old NEC system with AT&T. When we decided to make the transition, our Dialpad rep sent us to GTG and Mike Ferguson to purchase all of our phone equipment. After we received the equipment, we had some issues that were unrelated to anything Mike had done. Mike was patient and worked with us even on a Sunday to get these phones swapped out with correct models that were more compatible. Mike walked me through every step of the way and was a huge help in making things go smoothly. Mike spent a great deal of time and energy, even coming to our office to collect equipment, in making this right for us. My experience with Mike was 100% positive and I would use him again if we need any more equipment.

We were closing our data center and we had over 1,000 items to get rid of. Most of the items were very old and not worth much value. GTG was able to find partners to purchase the majority of the equipment and paid us. A couple of months later, we closed our 2nd data center and GTG found the right partners to complete our 2nd buyback sale. The process was easy and seamless. I sent a list of equipment, they came back with an offer, and picked up the equipment.

I was busy dealing with a new job and the first big project of a phone system replacement and GTG offered me the best price on my old phones, provided shipping containers and handled the details. All I had to do was pack up the phones and call for pickup. We got our check as promised with fair pricing and no negotiation.
